Returns (RMA): Failure to follow the return policy may delay processing your return request or void refunds all together.
All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number: Please call your customer service representative at 239-433-9738 or email: email@example.com. A customer service representative will assist you and provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and a return shipping label. We will do our best to resolve returns as quickly as possible.
Return - Cancellation Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non custom off the shelf items returned. All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number. NO REFUNDS are offered on printing, custom orders or used merchandise. Customers are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please properly package and insure the item(s), so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims cannot be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned with an RMA label on the outside of the box, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. The 5 day time frame begins when you receive your order. After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us NO LATER than the 5th day from the date you received your product(s).
Returning Custom Orders: NO REFUNDS are offered on printed materials and/or custom made products. We reserve the right at any time to correct clerical errors. Once a custom order has started production it can not be cancelled. Custom merchandise is produced specifically for the customer and is not returnable.
